摘要

梳理阿是穴理论源流

认为阿是穴本质上是一种取穴方法

适用于所有腧穴的定位。此法导源于《内经》

是早期的主要取穴方法

与《内经》的腧穴形态相应

通过切诊揣度以取穴。这一取穴法可以广泛适用于腧穴的临床定位

而且阿是之法亦不局限于局部压痛。《千金要方》提出阿是穴的概念

在腧穴归经的背景下

渐渐演变为与经穴、奇穴平行的类穴。这一过程造成了临床取穴方法的变异:经穴、奇穴以骨度分寸法为主取穴

阿是穴则以寻按揣穴法定位

分类之后的取穴方法渐渐背离了经典与临床实际。
