摘要

肩背腰部软组织疼痛临床极为常见

常采用推拿、针刺、艾灸等方法治疗

均可取得满意的疗效。艾叶具有温经止血、散寒止痛等功效

作为药物内服

可以治疗少腹冷痛、经寒不调、宫冷不孕、吐血、衄血、崩漏经多、妊娠下血等病症。针灸科较多使用艾叶作为外治的方法

如艾条灸、艾炷灸等等。然而艾灸在使用过程中产生大量刺激性烟雾
