检索MEDLINE数据库(2006年1月至2010年12月)并补充检索重要文献

纳入符合标准的境外腧穴文献29篇。结果表明境外学者发布了人体腧穴定位国际标准并提出动物腧穴模型定位系统;发现新的腧穴结构

腧穴微循环丰富的特性

腧穴温度、电阻、压力痛阈能特异性反应疾病状态

电针腧穴能引起特异性脑干反应;初步证实针刺相关方法刺激腧穴治疗恶心呕吐的效应;阐释针刺腧穴局部镇痛机制;提示腧穴的低电阻特性和治疗疾病的效应特异性待下一步研究

还提示境内研究要关注症状治疗、准确应用逻辑推理、加强二次文献研究并重视国际交流合作。说明境外腧穴研究在定位、形态结构、生物物理特性、病理反应、刺激效应、治疗效应及机制等方面取得较大进展

并从研究思路和方法上给境内研究提供参考。
