摘要

随着腰椎间盘外科手术治疗的不断开展和普及

腰椎手术失败综合征(failed back surgery syndrome

FBSS)的病例越来越多。有研究[1-2]表明

10%～40%的患者腰椎手术后症状持续存在、加重或复发

乃至出现一些新的问题

需要进一步治疗

称之为腰椎手术失败综合征。2010年6月至2011年12月我科共收治FBSS患者15例。
