摘要

目的:观察针刺夹脊穴为主治疗腰背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)的临床疗效。方法:将符合腰背部MPS诊断的患者66例随机分为针刺组与利多卡因组各33例。针刺组采用针刺腰背部夹脊穴为主

配合肌筋膜触发点局部针刺;利多卡因组采用利多卡因触发点局部阻滞治疗。两组均每3天治疗1次

治疗3次和5次后应用简化McGill量表、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表和压痛阈测定来观察两组对腰背部MPS疼痛的影响。结果:针刺组与利多卡因组治疗3次和5次后均较治疗前在简化的McGill量表评分和Oswestry功能障碍评分方面显著下降

压痛阈测定显著升高(均P<0.01)。并且在治疗3次和5次后两组之间3项评分均差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:针刺夹脊穴是治疗MPS的一种有效方法

其疗效与利多卡因局部阻滞法相当。
