摘要

流行性乙型脑炎(简称乙脑)是由乙脑病毒引起、由蚊虫传播的一种急性传染病。乙脑的病死率和致残率高

是威胁人群、特别是儿童健康的主要传染病之一。多数患儿经治疗后痊愈

少数重症患儿因脑组织病变较重而恢复较慢

有的不能恢复而留有痴呆、语言障碍、肢体瘫痪等后遗症

严重影响患儿的学习及生活。笔者自2002年6月至2012年
