摘要

髂骨致密性骨炎大多数发生于中年女性

尤其多见于产后

以经常站立、体力劳动妇女多见

常有复发性下腰痛

尤以行走、站立及负重时明显加重

是以骨质硬化为特点的非特异性炎性反应

病灶常局限于骶髂关节髂骨侧

故亦称骶髂关节致密性骨炎。笔者采用刺络拔罐结合温针灸治疗本病30例
