摘要

目的:观察耳穴贴压辅助全麻手术对麻醉药用量及术后疼痛的影响。方法:将妇科腹腔镜手术病例120例随机分为3组

每组40例。耳穴1组:于术前一晚在双耳的神门、肺、脾、胃、大肠、肾上腺、内分泌、子宫、盆腔穴贴压磁珠;耳穴2组在双耳前后相应位置对贴磁珠;安慰组在双耳的相应穴位上粘贴外观相同的胶布

3组麻醉方式相同

评定麻醉镇痛效果。结果:术中麻醉性镇痛药舒芬太尼用量耳穴1组(22.08±7.11)μg、耳穴2组(20.19±7.21)μg

均较安慰组(26.13±9.04)μg减少(均P<0.05);麻醉剂异丙酚用量3组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第1天疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)耳穴1组、耳穴2组(1.77±1.65

1.80±1.96)均比安慰组(2.62±1.46)低(均P<0.05);术前血清β内啡肽(β-EP)耳穴1组(198.8±124.1)pg/mL、耳穴2组(207.2±102.7)pg/mL明显较安慰组(143.6±87.1)pg/mL高(均P<0.05)

而耳穴1组与耳穴2组比较

上述诸项差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压可以减少麻醉剂的用量

减轻术后疼痛

具有镇静镇痛的作用

而在双耳前后相应位置对贴磁珠的效果没有明显加强。
