摘要

收集Pubmed、中国知网、万方数据库、重庆维普数据库中截至2011年12月的国内外有关针灸戒烟研究文献

从针刺戒烟方法、作用机制、疗效影响因素以及疗效评价研究等现状进行分析。研究结果表明针灸戒烟有一定的效果

且已经开展大型临床研究

然多以针刺方法和近期疗效观察居多

缺乏对远期戒断疗效研究

尤其是持续戒断和生活指标的检测;临床治疗方案、操作规范和疗效判定标准不统一

很难进行相互间的比较;针刺戒烟的作用机制研究不够深入。今后应优化并规范针刺戒烟临床研究方案

包括统一的治疗方法、操作规范和疗效评价标准

开展大样本的长期效果研究

确定针灸戒烟的疗效

并进一步探讨其作用机制。
