摘要

分析近10年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中的刮痧文献

了解我国刮痧研究现状和进展

为后期开展更深入的刮痧研究提供借鉴。以"刮痧"为主题

检索2002—2012年中国期刊全文数据库中收录的文献

采用文献计量学的方法对检索结果进行分析。共检出420篇有效文献

文献数量呈逐年上升的趋势;研究类型以临床试验为主;发表在147种期刊上

36.7%发表在统计源期刊上;文献主要来源于中医文化氛围浓厚、具有特色民间疗法以及经济比较发达的地区。近10年来

刮痧取得了一定的发展

但研究深度及广度不够

今后可将研究重点及方向放在刮痧疗法作用机理的基础研究、临床试验的规范化研究上。
