摘要

目的:比较天应穴浮针刺和常规温针灸疗法治疗棘上韧带损伤的疗效差异。方法:将90例患者随机分为浮针组和温针灸组

每组45例。浮针组采用天应穴浮针刺治疗

温针灸组采用天应穴为主穴的常规温针灸疗法

均每周治疗3次

6次为一疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分

并评定两组疗效。结果:浮针组愈显率为81.8%(36/44)、总有效率为95.5%(42/44)

均优于温针灸组的44.2%(19/43)、79.1%(34/43)(P<0.01

P<0.05);两组患者VAS评分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.01)

且治疗后浮针组低于温针灸组(P<0.01);治疗后浮针组痊愈+显效者36例

其中治疗3次内愈显28例

占77.8%(28/36)

明显高于温针灸组的26.3%(5/19

P<0.01)。结论:天应穴浮针刺治疗棘上韧带损伤起效快、疗效确切

具有明显的镇痛效应

且疗效优于常规温针灸疗法。
