摘要

失眠是临床常见病

笔者近年来采用行间透刺涌泉穴治疗失眠

现报道如下。1一般资料本组共38例

其中男13例

女25例;年龄最小27岁

最大89岁;病程1个月～1年6例

>1～5年19例

>5～15年13例;中医辨证属肝郁化火型16例

热扰神明型11例

阴虚火旺型6例

心胆气虚型5例。临床表现为彻夜难以入寐

或睡后易醒

常伴随有头晕、心悸、多梦、烦热等症状。2治疗方法
