摘要

笔者在2005年6月—2012年6月对糖尿病神经源性膀胱病住院或门诊患者采用膀胱、三焦募穴和下合穴相配合治疗

报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料32例患者中

男13例

女19例;年龄最小38岁

最大82岁

平均54岁。均有10年以上的糖尿病史

确诊为糖尿病神经源性膀胱病0.5～2年。其中尿潴留型24例

尿失禁型8例。1.2诊断标准(1)所有患者均符合1999年WHO糖尿病诊断标准;(2)临床上有以下症状:尿频、尿急、排尿时间
