摘要

目的:观察三叉神经痛患者体表高发热敏穴区热敏腧穴的分布特征。方法:纳入60例三叉神经痛患者

并对照60例健康受试者

通过灸感法探查出热敏腧穴

分析体表高发热敏穴区热敏腧穴出现概率

探讨热敏腧穴与三叉神经痛的相关性。结果:(1)三叉神经痛患者高发热敏穴区热敏腧穴出现率为83.3%。(2)三叉神经痛患者高发热敏穴区热敏腧穴在下关、四白穴区出现率较高

其次是在夹承浆、风池、鱼腰穴区。结论:热敏腧穴与三叉神经痛具有高度相关性

可为进一步研究热敏灸疗对三叉神经痛的预防和治疗作用提供依据。
