摘要

患者

女

23岁

于2012年6月1日就诊。病史:5年前无明显诱因出现肛门瘙痒难忍

阵发性加重

夜间尤甚

搔抓后肛周皮肤有灼痛感

无发热、便血、肛门疼痛等不适。多次到当地医院就诊

诊断为肛门瘙痒症

经西药外涂治疗(具体药物不详)后

上述症状有所缓解

但精神紧张、过食燥辣后肛门瘙痒即复发

遂至我院就诊。查体:肛缘皮肤呈局限性浸润肥厚

呈灰白色

可见皮损。饮食、睡眠及二便正
