摘要

目的:探讨机体相关因素对针刺得气的影响

为进一步研究针刺得气的影响因素提供科学依据。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普资讯中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)和Pubmed数据库

对30篇针刺得气的机体影响因素相关文献进行分析。结果:机体因素在针刺得气中具有重要的作用

主要影响因素包括个体体质、病症类型、机能状态、腧穴功能特异性、耐受性、心理因素

应引起针灸从业者和研究者的重视。结论:机体对针刺得气的影响因素是多方面的

目前研究多停留在对现象的肯定上

应进一步深入开展针刺得气的机体相关影响因素研究

寻求针刺得气科学而客观化的指标

从而提高针刺治疗及临床研究水平。
