摘要

目的:评价关键点针刺法配合常规肢体功能康复训练对脑梗死后处于痉挛期偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:将86例患者随机分为针刺康复组(44例)与康复组(42例)。针刺康复组采用关键点针刺法选取头面、胸腹、肩背、手、足、踝等部位的穴位

如攒竹、膻中、肩髃、养老等

并配合常规肢体康复训练治疗

每日1次;康复组单纯采用常规肢体康复训练

两组均治疗10次为一疗程

共治疗2个疗程。分别于治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer评分法、功能独立性评定量表(FIM)评分评定患者肢体运动功能水平及日常生活活动能力。采用改良的Ashworth量表评定抗痉挛疗效。结果:针刺康复组抗痉挛总有效率为90.9%(40/44)

优于康复组的73.8%(32/42

P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后两组均可改善Fugl-Meyer评分及FIM评分(均P<0.05)

针刺康复组优于康复组(均P<0.05)

且在第1个疗程治疗后对FIM评分的改善针刺康复组即显示出优势

与康复组比较差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论:关键点针刺法配合康复治疗可有效缓解脑卒中痉挛期偏瘫患者的痉挛状态

改善患者肢体功能

提高患者生活活动能力。
