摘要

探讨刺激天突穴救治危急病症的施术方法和应用范围。天突穴刺激方式分针刺与按压

针刺的关键是采用正确的进针术式和把握针刺深度、方向

按压的方法在于掌握施力的轻重和点按时间。针刺或按压天突穴适宜于救治哮喘气促、晕厥气逆、痰壅阻塞、呃逆噎膈、咽喉肿痛等急性病症。表明天突穴是祛痰急救的重要穴位

只要明辨其行气、降逆、豁痰的特性

根据不同病证类型配用适宜穴位

掌握正确安全的刺激方式

临证应用每可效如桴鼓。
