摘要

目的:探讨针刺对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护机制。方法:将50只Wistar大鼠随机分成5组:假手术组、模型组、电针夹脊组、电针内关组、电针阳陵泉组

每组10只。后4组采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支的方法复制动物模型。假手术组不结扎冠状动脉。各治疗组分别电针刺激双侧"夹脊""内关""阳陵泉"穴。每日1次

连续治疗7d。假手术组与模型组不予治疗。采用TUNEL法检测心肌细胞凋亡

免疫组化法检测B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)、B细胞淋巴瘤因子相关X蛋白(Bax)表达。结果:(1)电针夹脊组、电针内关组和假手术组中细胞凋亡指数(AI)明显低于模型组;其他各组AI均高于假手术组(P<0.01);电针夹脊组与电针内关组AI值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)电针夹脊组、电针内关组与模型组相比

Bcl-2蛋白表达量显著升高(P<0.01)

而Bax蛋白表达显著下降(P<0.01);其他各组Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达量均高于假手术组(P<0.01);电针夹脊组和电针内关组中的Bcl-2、Bax值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针夹脊穴、内关穴均对缺血再灌注损伤心肌有明显的保护作用

其机制可能与通过调节Bcl-2、Bax等基因的表达从而抑制细胞凋亡密切相关。
