摘要

2009年3月至2011年5月笔者用针刺配合穴位注射天麻素治疗椎动脉型颈椎病引起的眩晕87例

现报道如下。1临床资料全部87例均为本科门诊和住院患者

其中男27例

女60例;年龄最小31岁

最大89岁;病程最短1个月

最长3年。其中肝阳上亢兼肝肾阴虚型45例

血虚兼肝阳上亢型42例。均为椎动脉型颈椎病

全部经颈椎CT或MRI检查

见有钩突关节
