摘要

目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析总结现代针灸临床治疗中风后遗症的病症谱及腧穴谱。方法:通过采集文献建立数据库

规范病症、腧穴名称

统计中风后遗症所属病症的针灸病症谱及系统分类概况

总结针灸治疗中风后遗症的腧穴谱。结果:共纳入针灸治疗中风后遗症的现代临床研究文献652篇

共涉及《国际疾病和健康有关问题的统计分类标准》(ICD-10)中9个分类系统、40种病症。运用非经穴共143个

总应用频次737次;运用十四经穴共253个

总应用频次5395次

按腧穴的支持度大小将其分为常用腧穴23个、较常用腧穴100个、偶用腧穴130个。结论:中风后遗症的现代针灸文献普遍存在术语不规范性

针灸病症谱分布呈偏向性

腧穴谱遍布十四经脉

首选阳经腧穴

常用腧穴以阳明、少阳经穴为主。
