摘要

对近10余年关于针灸疗法及针灸与其他疗法联用治疗各类型疼痛疗效、疼痛的组织化医疗等的文献进行分析

发现单用针灸疗法对大部分疼痛有一定疗效

针灸疗法与其他疗法联用

可在一定程度上提高疗效;疼痛的组织化医疗模式

通过整合临床路径、优化医疗方案

达到治痛的最佳效果。针灸疗法加入疼痛的组织化医疗模式

可提高镇痛疗效

降低医疗成本

改善患者生活质量。针灸疗法加入疼痛的组织化医疗

其适应病症、临床路径、作用及其机制等需进一步循证研究。
