摘要

通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、MEDLINE数据库

对"十一五"期间(2006—2010年)发表的经穴效应特异性的相关中文文献及国内学者发表的英文文献进行收集整理

发现研究者应用脑功能成像技术进行的经穴刺激效应特异性研究

从中枢机制的角度来看经穴的刺激效应存在一定差异;经穴的治疗效应明显优于非穴;不同经穴的治疗效应不同;病症相关经穴的效应优于非相关经穴

初步证实了经穴效应特异性的存在。但部分研究的研究结果尚有待进一步深入的总结分析及凝练提升

需要在研究设计中尽可能避免低水平重复。
