摘要

目的:评价针刺脑清穴对痉挛型脑瘫患儿尖足畸形及智力发育的影响。方法:将146例患儿随机分为脑清穴组74例与常规针刺组72例

在基础治疗(头针治疗、运动疗法)基础上

脑清穴组针刺脑清穴

常规针刺组针刺解溪、阳陵泉、三阴交。两组针刺治疗均隔日1次

10次为一疗程

疗程间间隔15天

连续治疗3个疗程。两组分别于治疗前及治疗3个疗程后

采用足背屈角测量、综合痉挛量表(CSS)、Gesell智力测试量表进行康复评定

并于第1次针刺治疗结束后30min进行足背屈角测量及综合痉挛量表评分以评定两组治疗方法的即时效应。结果:脑清穴组足背屈角测量、综合痉挛量表评分即时效应及3个疗程后效应均优于常规针刺组(均P<0.05);3个疗程后脑清穴组Gesell智力测试社会适应行为、个人社交能区发育商均高于常规针刺组(均P<0.05)

而大动作、精细运动及语言发育商与常规针刺组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在基础治疗基础上

针刺脑清穴可改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿尖足畸形

促进其智力发育。
