摘要

针对目前医家对针灸补泻手法中的"强弱刺激"的争议

提出"强弱刺激"与针刺补泻手法之间并不存在必然的对应关系。以《内经》为立足点

通过总结当代针灸名家关于针刺补泻的经验

并结合当前与针刺补泻效应相关的科研进展

古今相参

认为针刺补泻手法不能简单地以"强弱刺激"一言蔽之

但是"强弱刺激论"可以对针刺补泻手法的临床实践和现代科研的标准量化起一定积极作用。
