摘要

目的:比较单独选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制(SSRIs)抗抑郁药与针刺联合SSRI类抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症伴慢性疼痛的临床疗效差异。方法:将90例抑郁症患者随机分为针药组(针刺联合西药治疗)和药物组(单用西药治疗)

每组45例。药物组采用西药治疗

根据病情选用SSRI类抗抑郁药

如氟西汀、帕罗西汀等;针药组在西药治疗基础上

采用针刺百会、印堂、神庭、风池等穴。分别于治疗前及治疗第1、2、4周末通过汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD17项版本)、疼痛程度视觉模拟量表(VAS)及Asberg氏抗抑郁剂副反应量表(SERS)评分来评价两组患者的抑郁症状、疼痛症状及抗抑郁药副反应方面的临床疗效差异。结果:两组治疗前HAMD、VAS评分未见明显差异(P>0.05)。针药组治疗第1、2、4周末HAMD评分、VAS评分明显较药物组低(均P<0.01)。针药组治疗第1、2、4周末SERS评分亦明显较药物组低(均P<0.01)。结论:针刺对SSRI类抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症伴慢性疼痛有临床增效作用

并可减轻不良反应。
