摘要

目的:探寻八髎穴定位、测量与取穴方法在现代研究中存在的问题。方法:以"八髎""上髎""次髎""中髎""下髎""骶后孔""骶孔""骶骨"为关键词

检索1957年至2012年中国知网文献库

并进行分析。结果:既往研究中存在着文献数量较少、测量对象不统一、指标名称太繁杂、测量起止点不一致、指标权重不明确、测量结果有偏差、与临床结合欠缺、定位方法多样化等问题。结论:八髎穴定位明确

但取法多样而模糊

在测量和研究时对活体的研究意义更大

性别、体质量、身高、分娩等因素也要考虑。有必要找寻到一种准确简便的定位方法。
