摘要

急性腰扭伤是针灸推拿科的常见病

临床主要表现为腰部不适或腰部持续性剧痛

不能行走和翻身

咳嗽、呼吸等腹部用力活动时疼痛加重

常可导致患者剧烈疼痛

活动行走困难

严重影响日常工作和生活。所以

及时有效缓解腰部疼痛对治疗急性腰扭伤有重要意义。笔者从2010年1月至2012年8月运用芒针透刺配合被动屈髋屈膝方法治疗急性腰扭伤40例

现报道如下。
