摘要

目的:评价指压夹脊穴治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效

从中发现致病原理和治疗规律。方法:选取2010至2011年门诊诊治的60例肠易激综合征正在发病的患者

随机分为夹脊穴指压组(指压组)和药物得舒特口服组(药物组)各30例。指压组由专人施行指压夹脊穴治疗

IBS患者腹痛的部位主要为下腹痛

治疗部位主要为第11胸椎、第12胸椎和第1腰椎夹脊穴;药物组采用得舒特(匹维溴铵片)口服治疗。采用肠道症状尺度表(BSS)评分标准进行治疗前后症状评分

应用改善率进行统计

并对统计结果进行分析。结果:两组患者治疗后BSS评分与治疗前比较

差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)

指压组疗效明显优于药物组(P<0.01)。指压组BSS积分改善优良率90.0%(27/30)

明显优于药物组的50.0%(15/30

P<0.01)。结论:夹脊穴指压治疗法可以平衡脊柱阴阳

迅速缓解肠易激综合征症状。肠易激综合征的发病可能与胸腰椎有一定关系。
