摘要

目的:验证井穴放血与薏苡仁治疗创伤性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为井穴放血组、薏苡仁组及井穴放血加薏苡仁组(综合组)

每组30例。3组患者均给予常规基础药物治疗

井穴放血组予三棱针十二井穴点刺放血

出血量为每穴3滴

每日3次;薏苡仁组用薏苡仁制剂

每日90g

经鼻饲或口服给药

每日3次;综合组予十二井穴处点刺放血及薏苡仁制剂治疗

方法同井穴放血组和薏苡仁组。治疗4周后

根据神经功能缺损(NDS)标准判定疗效

根据治疗前后Fugl-Meyer上、下肢功能评分评估病人患肢的活动能力。结果:各组患者治疗后FuglMeyer上、下肢功能评分均明显升高(P<0.01

P<0.05)

井穴放血组和综合组较薏苡仁组升高更明显(均P<0.01)

且综合组优于井穴放血组(均P<0.05)。井穴放血组、薏苡仁组及综合组神经功能缺损程度疗效总有效率分别为83.3%(25/30)、76.7%(23/30)和96.7%(29/30)

综合组优于井穴放血组和薏苡仁组(均P<0.05)

井穴放血组优于薏苡仁组(P<0.05)。结论:井穴放血及薏苡仁治疗创伤性脑梗死

均可明显减轻患者神经功能缺损

改善患肢活动能力

二者结合运用疗效更佳。
