摘要

目的:观察辨经刺井配合颞三针对脑卒中患者轻度认知功能障碍的疗效。方法:将73例脑卒中患者随机分为针刺组(37例)和常规组(36例)

选取体检健康的老人20例作为对照组。针刺组在内科常规治疗基础上采用辨经刺井法配合颞三针治疗

常规组除给予内科常规治疗外不采取其他任何治疗

对照组不采取任何干预措施。采用Neuroscan Nuamps脑电记录分析系统测定事件相关电位P300

并观察两组治疗前后简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)评分。结果:治疗后

针刺组患者P300潜伏期缩短、波幅增高及MMSE评分增加(P<0.05

P<0.01);常规组患者P300潜伏期、波幅及MMSE评分与治疗前相比均无明显变化(均P>0.05);与常规组相比

针刺组P300潜伏期、波幅及MMSE评分均有明显改善(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:辨经刺井配合颞三针治疗可以明显改善轻度认知功能障碍患者认知功能。
