摘要

目的:观察电针和穴位注射结合治疗多发性硬化(MS)的临床疗效。方法:应用区组随机化方法将40例患者分为电针组和电针加穴注组

每组20例。电针组采用电针治疗

穴取相应夹脊穴、委中、承山等;电针加穴注组在电针治疗基础上加穴位注射鼠神经生长因子

观察治疗前后两组患者日常生活能力(ADL)、扩展神经功能障碍评分(EDSS)的变化

以判定疗效。结果:电针组、电针加穴注组两组MS患者经治疗后EDSS评分分别为(4.23±1.21)分、(3.01±1.31)分

Barthel指数评分分别为(75.25±6.25)分、(83.11±8.45)分

均有显著疗效(均P<0.01)

两组疗效比较电针加穴注组优于电针组(均P<0.01)。结论:电针结合穴位注射鼠神经生长因子治疗多发性硬化对于减轻残障、改善生活质量疗效显著。
