摘要

黄褐斑是发生于面部的一种色素沉着性皮肤病

其病损为黄褐色或咖啡色斑片

形状不同

大小不等

表面光滑无鳞屑

好发于颧、鼻、额及口周围

常呈对称性分布。个别患者可波及整个面部

有时可互相融合

状如蝴蝶。本病多发于孕妇或月经不调的妇女

皮损于日晒后可加重

部分患者可伴有其他慢性病

困扰着女性。2010年以来

笔者采用针刺加辨证论治穴位注射治疗黄褐斑

现总结报道如下。
