摘要

笔者采用抽动穴配合传统耳穴贴压疗法治疗儿童多发性抽动症86例

现报道如下。1临床资料选取2008至2011年来我院门诊治疗的抽动症患儿86例

其中男62例

女24例;年龄最小6个月

最大14岁;病程最短1周

最长3年。符合美国《精神疾病诊断统计手册》第4版(DSM-Ⅳ)关于多发性抽动症的诊断标准

多表现为皱眉、挤眼、耸鼻、撅嘴、摇头、仰颈、提肩等

症状可单独或合并出现

严重者可出现肢体、躯干爆发性不自主运动。约有半数患儿可同时伴注意力缺陷或多动障碍。
