摘要

目的:观察电针内麻点和内关穴对胸部手术后镇痛的有效性及安全性。方法:选取择期行胸部手术患者120例

随机分为电针组(60例)和药物组(60例)。电针组使用电针刺激内麻点和内关穴进行手术后镇痛治疗;药物组使用静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)进行手术后镇痛治疗。比较两组患者治疗后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、镇痛效果、安全性及血清β-内啡肽含量。结果:两组术后各时点VAS评分与治疗前比较均有降低(均P<0.01)

且电针组低于药物组(P<0.01);两组镇痛疗效比较

电针组术后2h优良率为96.7%(58/60)

优于药物组的75.0%(45/60

P<0.01);两组治疗安全性等级比较

电针组高于药物组(P<0.01);两组患者治疗后血清β-内啡肽含量较治疗前均增高

且电针组高于药物组(P<0.01)。结论:电针刺激内麻点和内关穴对胸科手术后镇痛效果(术后2h)及安全性均优于PCIA。
