摘要

从艾灸适应病谱和古代文献记载分析艾灸抗炎的普遍性;从艾灸治疗炎性疾病的系列研究、热证可(贵)灸的科学内涵指出艾灸抗炎的特异性;从艾灸对慢性炎性反应的4个基本通路均可以产生影响的系列研究结果说明艾灸抗炎的整体性;从对炎性反应的过度与不足均具有调整作用说明艾灸抗炎的双向性

论证艾灸温通效应机制主要在于其抗炎作用。最后提出灸法抗炎与温热觉感受TRPV(瞬时受体电位香草酸亚家族)通道蛋白相关的可能性机制。艾灸温通效应机制在于抗炎

而艾灸抗炎机制的明确将为艾灸防治重大疾病提供理论基础。
