摘要

目的:评价个体化深刺天枢穴治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的随访疗效及安全性。方法:将结肠慢传输型便秘患者128例随机分为深刺组(64例)、西药组(31例)及浅刺组(33例)。深刺组予电针深刺双侧天枢

缓慢直刺至突破腹膜即止

5mm;西药组口服乳果糖口服液;浅刺组予电针浅刺双侧天枢

并进行治疗后12周及治疗后6个月随访

评价各组治疗前、后每周的周排便次数、患者满意度以及深刺天枢穴的安全性。结果:深刺组患者周自主排便次数治疗前为(1.79±1.05)次/周

治疗4周后为(3.90±1.43)次/周

治疗后12周随访为(3.49±1.46)次/周

治疗后6个月随访时为(3.51±1.42)次/周。深刺组在改善周排便次数及治疗满意度方面近期疗效与西药组、浅刺组一致(均P

而随访远期疗效明显优于西药组(P

同时可减少合并用药情况

无不良反应情况发生。结论:个体化深刺天枢穴治疗结肠慢传输型便秘安全有效

并且具有较好的远期治疗效应。与目前国内外推荐的有循证医学证据的一线便秘药物乳果糖口服液治疗比较具有较好的疗效优势

是一种值得临床推广运用的针灸方案。
