摘要

目的:评价"陈氏针法"治疗面神经炎的疗效。方法:将84例面神经炎患者随机分为陈氏针法组和常规针法组各42例。陈氏针法组采用选穴精少(5穴)、陈氏飞针进针及分级补泻方法

常规针法组采用常规取穴、针刺方法

两组均以治疗1个月为一疗程

并于多个时点(治疗2周、1个疗程、足疗程后1月)根据症状体征量化表评定疗效

同步采用House-Brackmann量表和肌电图测定面神经功能。结果:治疗后两组患者症状体征量化表情况、面神经肌电图较治疗前改善

前后比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)

但两组间比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:"陈氏针法"治疗面瘫飞针进针、选穴精少

与常规针刺疗法比较疗效相当。
