摘要

针药异效互补既是对针药并用时功效不同的针灸和药物之间客观关系的概括

也是对二者临床上所能产生的不同于单纯的针灸或中药治疗效应的概括。针药异效互补是建立在中医对药物及针灸作用机制及功效认识基础上

对针灸和中药功效之间的关系、二者因其功效的差异在治疗中所能产生的优势互补效应的理论认识。针药异效互补的提出

对于探讨针药并用时针灸和中药的作用及其机制具有相应的理论价值

亦有助于临床医生在充分认识针灸和中药功效特点基础上

加强运用针药并用这一方式的针对性

进而提高临床疗效。
