摘要

针灸治病不同于方药治病

而目前针灸教材套用内科方药的辨证论治体系

不能很好地体现针灸疗法自身的特性以发挥出针灸治病的特长

亟需建立符合针灸临床实际、更好发挥针灸治病优势的现代针灸治疗理论。针灸治疗的特长就是有很强的针对性

这种针对性是基于对病所的认识

因而辨病是针灸治疗的基础。辨经的主要目的是在辨病的基础上选取远道有效穴

是针灸治疗的特色。辨证是从整体上来认识人体的病理状态

是提高针灸疗效的重要环节。明确辨病、辨经、辨证各自的价值

是创建现代针灸学科治疗理论的关键。
