摘要

患者

女

43岁

于2011年8月2日就诊。主诉:口干、眼干3年。病史:2008年行下肢血管瘤术后

渐觉全身皮肤干燥

皮屑增多

尤以冬季最为明显

未予重视

之后感口腔干燥、眼睛干涩、泪液减少。2010年6月因月经量突然增多

行子宫内膜诊刮术

术后自觉口干、眼干、全身皮肤干燥症状加重

经多处求治

效果不显。刻下症见:口干、眼干

伴有全身皮肤干燥瘙痒

面色暗淡、萎黄

夜寐安

食纳
