摘要

目的:探讨护理干预对预防温针灸治疗时发生烫伤的影响。方法:将2011年1月至12月进行温针灸治疗的200例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例

每组共接受温针治疗1 000次。对照组予常规温针灸护理治疗

观察组在对照组方法基础上给予护理干预

记录两组患者的烫伤率及对温针灸治疗过程的满意度。结果:观察组的烫伤发生率0.6%(6/1000)明显低于对照组的1.5%(15/1000

P<0.05)

观察组的患者对温针灸治疗过程的满意度99.0%(99/100)亦明显高于对照组的88.0%(88/100

P<0.01)。结论:通过护理干预

可以有效预防温针灸治疗时烫伤的发生

减少医源性损伤

避免增加患者痛苦

并对提高患者满意度起到积极作用。
