摘要

期门穴乃足厥阴肝经之第十四穴

是肝经气血汇聚之处

故称其为肝之募穴。期门之音

诸版(如5版、6版)高等院校中医专业用《针灸学》教材均注音为"qīmén"。若读作"qīmén"

其意若何?《针灸穴名解》:"本穴为治血症之要穴。血症以月经为最。月信有期

故名‘期门’。期

时也

会也;门

开也

通也"[1]。治血证之要穴(如血海)有很多

调月经之穴(如地机)亦不少

何以此穴独以此命名?此说显然牵强。亦有《针灸穴名释义》认为:"期门

汉代负责守卫的武官名。用以作为肝为将军之官的比喻

也指气血运行周期的出入门户"[2]。期门作为武官名

始于汉武帝时

掌执兵扈从护卫。武帝喜微行
