摘要

笔者结合表情肌解剖学功能特征

采用透刺瘫痪表情肌治疗重度周围性面瘫12例

现报道如下。1一般资料12例病例来自2010年11月至2011年10月兰州许双平诊所和甘肃中医学院附属医院针灸中心门诊

其中男4例

女8例;年龄26

4岁;病程3天74岁;病程3天

个月;House-Brackmann(H-B)分级量表测试Ⅳ级4例

Ⅴ级8例。符合王维治主编的《神经病学》(人民卫生出版社

2009年)面神经炎诊断标准和House-Brackann(H-B)分级量表规定的Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级分级标准。Ⅳ级:面部外观面肌明显无力和
