中髎穴为八髎穴之一

适对第3骶后孔

是治疗妇科疾病、生殖系统疾病、膀胱功能失调等疾病的要穴。但由于骶后孔孔隙狭小

部位深在

故中髎穴的定位与针刺操作历来较难掌握。1中髎穴的定位沿革中髎穴穴名始见于《内经》

至《针灸甲乙经》始载定位:"中髎

在第三空侠脊陷者中"。此定位较为模糊

然仍多为后世沿用。在2006年《腧穴名称与定位》的标准中

中髎穴的定位得以具体化

提出中髎的定位为先确定次髎穴(髂后上棘与第2骶椎棘突连线的中点凹陷处)
