中国科学技术信息研究所于2013年9月27日在北京国际会议中心发布了中国科技期刊引证报告

并对F5000论文的研究结果进行了展示与发布。《中国针灸》杂志仍被评为"中国科技核心期刊"

总被引频次在针灸、中医骨伤类期刊中排名第1

在1930种中文期刊和64种英文期刊中

综合评价排名第111

核心影响因子达0.731

较过去两年均有所提升。其中陈日新等于2008年发表于我刊第1期的"灸之要

气至而有效"一文被评为中国百篇最具影响优秀国内学术论文之一(中医药类入选的论文仅有5篇)。2012年中国科学技术信息研究所启动了"领跑者5000-中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文"项目(F5000项目)

在中国精品科技期刊中遴选优秀学术论文

通过定量分析遴选和同行评议相结合的方式

选出了首批F5000候选论文

并建立了F5000项目平台

最终选出2500余篇著录内容完整、学术水平和影响力较为突出
