摘要

目的:验证择时针刺治疗气虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效

并探讨其作用机制。方法:将80例患者随机分为择时针刺组和针刺组

每组40例。两组取穴均为气海、关元、合谷、太冲、三阴交、足三里

择时针刺组在巳时(上午9∶00-11∶00)针刺

针刺组在非巳时针刺

得气后不行任何手法

均每日治疗1次

10天为一疗程

治疗2个疗程。采用疲劳量表对两组患者治疗前后疗效进行评价。同时检测患者治疗前后外周血CD+3、CD+4、CD+8T细胞比例。结果:针刺组治疗后疲劳总积分及体力疲劳积分较治疗前降低(均P<0.05)

择时针刺组治疗后疲劳总积分、体力疲劳积分及脑力疲劳积分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.01)

且择时针刺组对积分的改善均优于针刺组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后CD+3、CD+8T细胞比例明显增高(均P<0.05)

择时针刺组CD+4/CD+8明显下降(P<0.05)

择时针刺组优于针刺组(均P<0.05)。择时针刺组总有效率为95.0%(38/40)

优于针刺组的80.0%(32/40

P<0.05)。结论:择时针刺治疗气虚型慢性疲劳综合征有效

尤其表现在缓解脑力疲劳方面

这种效应可能是通过调节CD+3、CD+4、CD+8T细胞比例提高免疫功能来实现的。
