摘要

目的:观察长毫针深斜刺与常规直刺关元穴治疗尿潴留症的临床疗效差异

为临床治疗本病探寻规范刺法。方法:将132例尿潴留症患者随机分为深斜刺组(78例)和直刺组(54例)。深斜刺组予长75mm毫针深斜刺关元穴

直刺组予长40mm毫针常规直刺关元穴。观察两组的临床疗效。结果:深斜刺组治疗后总有效率80.8%(63/78)

直刺组总有效率57.4%(31/54)

两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中深斜刺组中产后尿潴留疗效明显优于骨科术后及前列腺疾病造成的尿潴留

深斜刺组与直刺组同病因所致尿潴留的疗效比较

亦显示明显优势(均P<0.05)[深斜刺组产后总有效率88.6%(47/53)

前列腺疾病总有效率50.0%(3/6)

骨科手术总有效率68.4%(13/19);直刺组产后总有效率69.4%(25/36)

前列腺疾病总有效率20.0%(1/5)

骨科手术总有效率38.5%(5/13)]。结论:长毫针深斜刺关元穴治疗尿潴留症有显著的临床疗效

尤其是针对产后尿潴留患者疗效显著

长毫针深斜刺关元穴可作为治疗尿潴留症的规范刺法。
