患者

男

34岁

2013年3月6日以"双下肢感觉运动及二便功能障碍3月余"入院。2012年11月中旬无明显诱因出现腰背部疼痛

并逐渐出现双下肢无力伴酸痛麻木、二便不能控制

在当地医院诊断为"脊髓炎"。经过丙种球蛋白、糖皮质激素、营养神经药物、针刺、中药等治疗

双下肢感觉运动及二便功能均明显好转。虽继续在当地行口服营养神经
