摘要

目的:观察不同治疗频次电针阴部神经刺激疗法对女性压力性尿失禁疗效的影响。方法:60例患者分为每周3次组和每周2次组

每组30例。两组均采用电针阴部神经刺激疗法

穴取骶四穴

每次60min

分别采取每周3次和每周2次治疗。观察治疗前和治疗12次后尿失禁症状程度和生活质量评分

并评定两组疗效。结果:治疗结束时

两组患者尿失禁症状程度和生活质量评分均显著改善(均P
